Io è un altro is a project by video artists MASBEDO during the pandemic that reflects through video “in pills” the current social and psychological situation in Italy after lock down.
After Rimbaud’s famous oxymoron – Je est un autre– which paradoxically identifies the subject with its opposite, MASBEDO’s project investigates the relationship between the individual and “the other”, starting from a personal and intrinsic dimension of congenital alterity in a duo.
